Practical habits we recommend inside KrutiDev Typing Tutor — for English lessons and Kruti Dev Hindi drills.
Sit square to the keyboard, elbows relaxed, wrists floating lightly. If shoulders climb up, pause for ten seconds. Tension creates mistypes faster than any hard lesson.
After every line, return fingers to home row before the next burst. That reset is the difference between “I know the keys” and “my hands know the keys.”
When you miss a key, stop, correct once, and continue. Do not mash Backspace in panic. Re-type the same phrase cleanly — that builds the neural path you want in exams.
Lessons 1–12 build rows. Words and pangrams come later. Timed tests (later lessons) are for measurement, not ego. Warm up two easy lessons before any speed test.
Treat shift and matra lessons as accuracy labs. Use Learn Kruti Dev for the weekly plan. Games are dessert — finish the day’s lesson first.
Pick accuracy % as your main score for two weeks. Only then chase CPM/WPM. Learners who reverse this order usually plateau early.
